Murderer!!

Robin is a murderer!!!

However, in all honesty, the duck literally walked into his mouth! We never ever chased any ducks at all… we are not interested at all!

See wat happened was that we were going to the forest for our daily walk and to pick blueberries. And we normally walk by this narrow path, that is only passable by 1 dog/person width. Normally, we just run though without any incidents.

Now the ducks that were normally on the side where the pond is. They like being near the water. However, when we were going through yesterday, we found the ducks on the wrong side.. and in their rush to go “home”, they came charging towards us, instead of running away from us!

I was in front.. and because S was behind us, and saw the ducks, she stayed behind us, where the arrow is. Calling us back. I was caught in front and i couldn’t go back as i was blocked by the ducks, the hedges and Robin.

The smarter ducks flew over the hedge.. but 1 stupid one, literally walked into Robin.. and Robin just caught it in his mouth.

Meanwhile, S kept calling and walking away… and I had to jump over Robin to run to her.. and Robin followed after a while with the duck in his mouth. By then, the duck was lifeless..

It was so traumatic for S! Even after she told people what happened.. everyone asked if she was having peking duck for dinner or not?

And No! We didn’t have duck for dinner. The duck was disposed by one of the neighbours!
