It took some time, but to be honest, i thought that HDB took rather swift action after S complained to them about my injury.
On the same day, they sent someone down to check the field that i got cut in, got the contractor to clean it up and sent someone to collect the vet bill.
I believe that there would have been some blame pushing, red tape and such.. and in the end, the contractor who was contracted to clean the field daily was found to be negligent and hence, the company compensated us for the bill.
I must say that well, one thing for sure, the field is very clean now. For if i know it is dirty, i know whom to call!

Kinglsey, this is wonderful! I think here in the U.S. you would be laughed at unless your owner had a powerful lawyer. Maybe if we had corporal punishment here, things would change for the better!
