S is limping now..she says that she’s got stabbing pain on the outstep of her right foot whenever she puts her foot down and tried to walk.
i suspect that it was due to the run on sat… it may have been the track or her shoes.. or even a combi.
Wat i’m worried about is that i may not get to go for the hash if she can’t go…
