Whiskey's suffering ended a few weeks back. His condition deterorated to the point where his front paws were all curled up and he couldn't stand, became blind in one eye and the other eye was flickering in the end.
He was a beautiful and great dog. He is being missed by those who knew and loved him.I'm glad that i knew him.

Oh who was this guy Whiskey? How old was he? Poor dog. He looked very handsome.
Whiskey belonged to S’s cousin. Before S got me, she spent quite alot of time with Whiskey. He was only 6 years old.
He was sick for a very long time for over a year.
First was depression from the death of his best friend Chubby the chow chow.. (this pictures was taken when S was bringing him out to cheer him up)
Then due to the depression, no appetite and low immunity, it lead to the flaring up of his tick fever..
Then after that he got a stroke with the tick fever.. and the vets couldn’t figure out wat was wrong..the meds didn’t work. my cousin even got second and third opinion and even gave him diamond water. His front paws started to curl and he couldn’t even stand.. and the final straw came when he started getting blind in one eye and the other was flickering.. by then, the doctors concluded that it was probably a tumor in his brain.. Whiskey couldn’t go for a MRI scan even cos he was too weak to be put under GA.
And cos he was in so much pain, the owners decided to put him to sleep to end his very long suffering to be with his best friend in doggy heaven. I would like to believe that he is happily playing, running and howling with Chubby.
He was really a very beautiful and wonderful dog. Very affectionate and un-husky like.
oh dear…
That’s very sad indeed. My heart goes out to Whiskey, although I’m never a Husky person.
I’m sure he is running in the meadows above.
How sad it is, to mourn for a lost friend the way Whiskey did.
May he R.I.P
